イギリスまたはオランダと思われる銅板転写、トランスファーウェアの小碗です。
農村の風景、家屋や人物、羊や馬（またはロバ）が登場しています。
日本にもたらされてからは汲出碗、茶のうつわとして用いられてきたものと思われます。
表面が荒れているほかひび割れが生じており、現状では水漏れします。
繕いを施して実用品として再び息吹を与えていただくのもひとつの楽しみでしょう。
