唐物の七宝のうつわです。

内側には側面に4つの緑の円窓を設け、赤い「福」「寿」「双」「全」の4つ漢字が表されています。
「福寿双全」は幸福と長寿の両方を全うする、という縁起のよい語です。

窓と窓の間は、白地とし、梅花でしょうか、小花を配しています。
外側は波を地紋とした青地に、梅花と思われる花を、赤と白で交互に。

質感の異なる底板は、七宝製ではなく木製です。
密陀絵（漆絵）で樹花が描かれています。
もとの底板が抜けてしまったために、円形の板を当て、文様を施したものでしょう。

オリジナルの底板の文様は今となってはわかりませんが、大きな密陀絵が加わることで、雰囲気の異なるであろう作品へと生まれ変わりました。
（「補修」というよりは「創作」と呼んだ方が適切かもしれません。）

状態：大きなイタミ。部分的に補修。底部を後補。

An intersting Chinese Ming cloisonne bowl, with four Chinese characters inside. Its bottom is made of wood plate and painted plants and flowers with lacquer. The original bottom was damaged supposedly and restored in that way.
